What a difference three months make. In April, former "Hills" star Kristin Cavallari has announced her engagement to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. Now cut to July, and the pair have reportedly called it off.

"She was planning her dream wedding, the date was set, the location — everything was set," the source added. "She is surprised that the dream wedding she was planning is going to end this way."

Cavallari had been spending time in Chicago, with plans to move there when football season kicks off. But this past weekend in Los Angeles, the reality starlet was spotted without her engagement ring. "She was hanging out at a table with Nicky Hilton and Alessandra Ambrosio," an eyewitness said of an outing to the Beverly. "She was telling friends why they called off the engagement."

The couple had been disagreeing about how Cavallari would split her time between married life in Chicago and her career. "Jay got cold feet," a source tells the website. "Kristin is stunned."

Cavallari was recently spotted in Miami at Swim Week excitedly saying how she was looking forward to her wedding. she said two weeks earlier she had bought a weding gown on engagement party.
